My friend  at Heritage Action for America has an interesting post today. It highlights the hypocrisy of the democrat’s support for the hippie Occupy Wall Street movement. Here’s a table from her post that shows Wall Street contributions to Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Debbie Wasserman-Shutlz and Barney Frank.

It’s worth a click, go here to read the entire post.

We are not surprised that the most pro-abortion President in US history, Barack Obama, and his HHS Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius, who had a notorious pro-abortion record when governor of Kansas, would do everything in their power to force Indiana taxpayers to continue to fund abortions. Their partnership with the largest abortion provider in Indiana and the US is well documented. HEA 1210 withstood the first round in court when US District Court Judge Tanya Pratt did not grant a restraining order until the injunction issue was settled, and we anticipate more court victories to come. The injunction hearing is scheduled for Monday, June 6, so it is obvious the Obama administration wanted to come to the aid of their pro-abortion allies in Indiana before then. Governor Daniels is Out of Presidential Race, but He’s In with AFA of Indiana

As you know Governor Mitch Daniels disappointed many Hoosier voters when He announced Sunday that he would not seek the Republican nomination in 2012. However, he has won the approval of AFA of Indiana. First, Governor Daniels’ reason for not running because of his care and concern for his family having to go through the media wringer is admirable and one we applaud. What husband and father in their right mind would want their family to go through one-tenth of the mistreatment that former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin went through for merely being a conservative on the 2008 presidential ticket? Agree or disagree with him, no one can say that Governor Daniels does not have his priorities in order. (With a former California Governor in the headlines for not having his marriage and family as his priority, Governor Daniels’ consistent dedication to his wife and daughters seems all the more compelling and admirable.) U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson federal judge with the U.S. District Court in Pensacola  Florida ruled today that Obamacare is unconstitutional, siding with 26 states that had sued to block it and their argument that the new law violates people’s rights by forcing them to buy health insurance by 2014 or face penalties.

Federal Judge Henry Hudson in Virginia has also ruled Obamacare is unconstitutional.

Next up, the Supreme Court.

As the recent caterwauling about reading the United States Constitution on the floor of Congress more than adequately demonstrates, liberals and progressives hate our Founders’ perspectives concerning the foundation of this nation.

That point made, progressives  raised in the Indonesian school system (Muslim) may have the excuse of ignorance?

Regardless, it is good to live in a nation where one can still speak truth to power (although it has cost me dearly).

The Gary Snyder Show on FM 100 Talks will be with President Obama and Vice-President Biden Tuesday in Kokomo, IN.  That’s right, with the risk of losing my “Vast Right-Wing Conspiriacy” media card, I have been granted media credentials for President Obama and Vice-President Biden’s visit to Kokomo on Tuesday afternoon.  Hopefully, we will have some audio from the President’s remarks on Tuesday and maybe we can get in a question or two. Kenny will be there too, but don’t count on much from him, this is better than a TSA pat down on Christmas day for Ken.  Sylvia Smith, Washington Bureau Chief for the Journal Gazette, will give us a call and give us her impressions of the just concluded elections plus we’ll ask her to reflect on her years of political reporting as she gets ready to retire.  Finally, Mike Nutter, President of the Fort Wayne TinCaps, chimes in on his big news from Monday about AAA-baseball coming to Parkview Field in July.  All this and an Ol’ Oaken Bucket preview: Indiana or Purdue?  And don’t forget, you can follow us on Facebook at Facebook.com/garylsnyder or Twitter @garylsnyder.
