The U.S. Navy knows how to rock Detroit. During a speedboat race this weekend on the Detroit River, officials waived the rules to allow pilots to fly under 100 feet as part of the 2009 Chrysler Jeep Superstores APBA Detroit Gold Cup race. The Jets were from the Naval Air Station Oceana.
