Hi All:

Well the signs are coming off the walls and the Victory Center is closing down, not all the races went the way we wanted them but at least Allen County voted Right.

The victories that we had in Allen County was due to the hard work of the Candidates, but more importantly the very hard work of our volunteers and the support of our sponsors. I would like to personally thank Northeast Indiana PAC, Bill Bean, Indiana Republican Party under Murray Clark – Chairman, and the My Man Mitch campaign for supplying capital, space, staff and support to carry out the most effective grass root campaign in Allen County in the past 14 or so years.

I cannot go without mentioning some the great workers we had here, Jenna Knepper, Bobby Delong, Joe Knepper, Paul Morrison, Andy Mapps, Katie Ryan, Bill Browne, Generation Joshua, Debbie MacPherson, Andrew Newkirk, with the Indiana State GOP, many local Elected Officials, Candidates, Precinct Committeemen and many, many more that I just do not have room to mention.

One person that brought us a number of volunteers was Governor Sarah Palin, and I must thank Indiana State GOP and Congressman Souder’s Campaign for bringing her to Fort Wayne. Governor Palin did energize the volunteers, and we appreciate that. I also need to thank the Allen County GOP for letting us use their building to pass out the tickets, it made it a little easier to handle the crowd.

To give you an idea what the volunteers accomplished at the Victory Center; by the end of August the Victory Center had completed more that 29,000 phone calls and over 1000 door walks. In the last 10 days, we completed 1548 door knocks and 69,222 phone calls with 13,040 calls being completed on Election Day, this does not include the calls completed by Precinct Committeemen. Without the Victory Center these numbers would never have been achieves and the out come in Allen County might have been very different. Elections are won by grass root work, identifying the voter and getting them out on Election Day, that is what our volunteers did and for that I am very grateful as should be a number of our candidates.

I would like to urge all of the volunteers that helped at the Victory Center to get involved in the Allen County Republican Party, there are many committees to get active in and help rebuild the local Party.

Again, thanks for the help and support, without you, this would of never of been a Right County.
