City / County Signal Codes

I find this disturbing.

From WorldnetDaily

The mother of an 8th-grader in Wisconsin is blasting school officials over their use of a textbook lauding Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama’s “change” theme and highlighting his 2004 Democratic National Convention as an example of good literature.

The mother, whose name was withheld because of concern over retaliation, said on the RealDebateWisconsin blog her son is taking an advanced English class in the Racine, Wis., Unified School District.

“I just found out that my son’s new (copyright 2008) Wisconsin – McDougal Littell Literature book has 15 pages covering Barack Obama,” she writes. “I was shocked – No John McCain, no Hillary Clinton, no George Bush – Just Barack Obama.”

Alfred McDougal is the CEO of, McDougal Littell, the publisher of the textbook. McDougal has made contributions to Obama as far back as 2004.

Amazing.

Here’s where it’s all going folks. You must be fscking crazy to vote for Obama.

  1. You know, a few weeks ago my daughter and I went to breakfast and I asked her what she thought about Sarah Palin. Her response? “Oh, I don’t like her mom, I am a democrat.” My response? “How did you come to this decision?” and she tells me, “I took a test in government class and it says I am a democrat.”

Oh how scary is that? A test says she is a democrat. She doesn’t know why, she just knows the compilation of her responses indicate that. IF she were 18 this election, she would vote for Obama. Why? Because a test told her to.

The point I am making is a lot of young people will vote this election and a lot of young people will vote democrat. My fear, and yes, I am going to be attacked for this is, they are still young. They have not lived long enough to see the consequences that will be coming from all of this “free” stuff. Heck yes it sounds good to them to be able to get all of this “free” stuff from the government, unfortunately, they have not lived long enough or moved into the harsh reality beyond the late teens and early twenties. They have not yet learned that sooner or later the party is over and someone has to pay the bill.

  3. I go through this a lot with my oldest son. He’s 25, a teacher, and now a resident of California….He’s a big time Obama fan, but just like the others, he can’t really give a concrete reason why…..

This might offer some “clues” as to why people want to vote for O’Bama:

Shared Prosperity, Easy Fix or Long Term Problem?

A new agenda called “shared prosperity” lures supporters in by offering a one fix solution to all of America’s economic and social problems. Although the enticing proposals of shared prosperity sound promising, the increased size and influence of government would result in several masked negative affects on the nation.

The title shared prosperity suggests a utopian society where all are equal and well-off. The concept of shared prosperity requires (?)is really a mixture of wealth redistribution and an increase in the government’s power and influence. As pointed out by Dave Hooper points out in his letter entitled “Democrats looking to redistribute wealth,” sharing should be voluntary, but in the case of shared prosperity it leads to more taxes and restrictions set by government for some people while providing free resources to others.

Shared prosperity plans also boast to provide health care, world class education, a fair and opportunistic workplace for all and manage the fiscal policy, but its ideals are rooted in a socialist economy. The American public as a whole is requested to contribute to the nation’s growth and well-being regardless of social, ethnic, or economic background. This would give the government extended influence on healthcare, education, work and the economy eliminating competition, the system our capitalistic nation thrives on, in these areas.

Shared prosperity could indeed solve several problems in America but only in the short term. Shared prosperity is a hidden method of wealth redistribution that would lead to the destruction of healthy competition is several areas of America’s society.

” I’m proud of you son, I’m glad you see the much bigger picture!”

Gee, when I was in fourth grade, all we did was look at the records for both candidates, and make our choice based on their actions. Guess what? Gerald Ford was re-elected by a landslide.

I’m sure this test asked entitlement questions, and what child doesn’t want to receive gifts?
