State authorities on Tuesday raided an organization that registers low-income people to vote, alleging that its canvassers falsified forms with bogus names, fake addresses or famous personalities.
The secretary of state’s office launched an investigation after noticing that names did not match addresses and that most members of the Dallas Cowboys appeared to be registering in Nevada to vote in November’s general election.
“Some of these (forms) were facially fraudulent; we basically had the starting lineup for the Dallas Cowboys,” Secretary of State Ross Miller said. “Tony Romo is not registered to vote in Nevada. Anyone trying to pose as Terrell Owens won’t be able to cast a ballot.”

Don’t bother asking Barack Obama. He cut his ideological teeth working with ACORN as a “community organizer†and legal representative. Naturally, ACORN’s political action committee has warmly endorsed his presidential candidacy. According to ACORN, Obama trained its Chicago members in leadership seminars; in turn, ACORN volunteers worked on his campaigns. Obama also sat on the boards of the Woods Fund and Joyce Foundation, both of which poured money into ACORN’s coffers. ACORN head Maude Hurd gushes that Obama is the candidate who “best understands and can affect change on the issues ACORN cares about†— like ensuring their massive pipeline to your hard-earned money. It’s about time! Put these folks in Jail.
I’m sure their new lawyer will delay it until after the elections.
But Dan, why does the public seem to believe that the Repblicans are the main ones reponsible for the mortgage meltdown – when the whole process that led to our present situation was begun by Barney Frank and Chris Dodd with lots of help from Obama! The Fanny & Franky companies biggest political contributions were to Dodd (highest) and Obama(second). And Obamas relationship with ACORN in Chicago has been well documented – but the message is not getting through.
That’s right John and the MSM is going by the Joseph Goebbels method “If you tell a lie often enough, eventually people will think it is the truth.”
To tell the REAL truth would make them look bad and undo what they are trying to accomplish.
