I know you will probably have a post about the debate later, but I had to get this off my chest tonight.
CONSTITUTION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Section 1. Chapter 2 Article 41.
1. Everyone shall have the RIGHT to health care and medical assistance.
For someone that was supposedly a Constitutional law professor, get this man a copy of our country’s most sacred document. NEVER ONCE have I heard, read, or even been made to believe that there is the RIGHT to health care spelled out by OUR Constitution.
