I thought Obama was the agent of “change”. One thing is apparent, he’s lacking in confidence. He never left the tent and picked one of the “good ole boys”, a beltway insider of 35 years.
Ultimately, this will hurt Obama. Clinton supporters will feel disenfranchised and the pro-abortion advocates won’t take lightly Biden’s support of a ban against partial-birth abortions.
How ironic that Obama pick Biden, even though in a 2007 ABC interview Biden stated he would stand by an earlier statement where he said “Obama was not ready to serve as president”. I suppose this means a vote for Obama really means you’ll be voting for Biden for president.
“There has been no harsher critic of Barack Obama’s lack of experience than Joe Biden,” said McCain spokesman Ben Porritt in a statement. “Biden has denounced Barack Obama’s poor foreign policy judgment and has strongly argued in his own words what Americans are quickly realizing – that Barack Obama is not ready to be President.â€
No, he’s not ready. Not now, not in four years.
When Biden ran for president in 1988 he lost in a big way due to the fact that he plagiarized a Great Britain socialist Labor Party member named Neil Kinnock’s biography as his own. That’s what we need, another liar.
Looking back on one of Obama’s recent fsck-ups where he answers this question:
“When does a baby get human rights?” Obama: “I don’t know, you know? I mean, answering that question with specificity now, is above my pay grade.“
Biden has a history of using that phrase, maybe Obama’s borrowing it? One example from September 3rd, 2008 at a Foreign Relations Committee hearing:
Biden: “I recommend that the president have at it and let the chips fall where they may. A reasonable position for the secretary of defense, the secretary of state to take. But I respectfully suggest, Major, I respectfully suggest that responsibility is slightly above your pay grade, slightly above your pay grade, to decide whether or not to take the nation to war alone or to take the nation to war part way or to take the nation to war halfway”.
Considering that Biden accepts Catholic church view that life begins at conception, maybe Biden told Obama what his pay grade was if they were running together on the ticket.
Some of Plagiarizing Joe’s civil rights positions.

Picking Biden only proves that the Obama campaign has more waffles than a house of pancakes. Agent of change? If he truly was, he would have picked someone from outside the beltway.

There were a lot of better choices out there for OBama…
Now we will see if McCain makes a good choice. McCain should choose a charismatic conservative.
He should not choose a Demcorat…
