Well, let me be the first to speculate. I’m going to throw Current Public Information Officer Ozzie Mitson’s name into the ring. If I remember correctly, he led Candidate Tom Henry’s campaign for the office. When he was appointed as one of three PIO’s, but not the head PIO, I found myself scratching my head in wonderment. He certainly was qualified to lead the Public Information Office.
Ozzie did lead two campaigns, and both failed. He was not on Henry’s campaign staff. He also does not possess any qualifications to be Deputy Mayor.

Ozzie is notorious for not returning phone calls. I hope Tom Henry chooses him. It will be the nail in his coffin.

Sounds to me like he doesn’t differentiate between political parties, sorta like Kathy Hawks. First he works for Nelson Peters and then Tom Henry. Maybe he has a repressed hatred for Matt Kelty.
In any case, party loyalty should get him a special place on the Deputy mayor list.
