Last month, Beatie, a former woman who is now a pregnant man, defended his decision to have a baby in an exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey, saying he has a “right to have a biological child.”

Despite removing his breasts, growing a wispy beard and legally having his gender changed from female to male, Beatie, 34, kept his female sex organs intact because he hoped to have a child some day.

I don’t disagree that he’s really a woman.
But I don’t think you’ll find many on the left that would consider ABC News as “leftstream media”. In fact many would argue the opposite…

Biologically, this is a woman having a baby. This woman just happened to make surgical changes to her body that makes her appear as a man. Nothing special here. It is possible for a man to become pregnant by artificially implanting a zygote on the surface of a internal organ, but this is extremely risky. That would qualify as a male pregnancy, not this.
