Public Affairs report highlights communication goals

The Fort Wayne Community Schools Board of Trustees will hear a report Monday on how the Public Affairs Department is meeting Board Goal 2: Engaging Parents and Community. Public Affairs Director Melanie Hall will talk about how the district is working to strengthen its image, engage parents and members of the community in the schools and increase understanding of what goes on in the schools.
Also on Monday, board members will review the proposed mission, vision and core values of the district. The change in the wording of the statements is designed to better reflect where the district is heading and serves to align with the Board Goals adopted in January.
The FWCS Board meets at 6 p.m. Monday, April 11, in the board room of the Grile Administrative Center.

FYI,
Monday is the 14th of April.
Please forward this information to the mainstream media and the prosecutors office. Given that Robinson is in bed with vested interests such as contractors and lobbyists, I’d like to see her tax returns.
Can anyone say Conflict of interest and corruption. The Board needs to terminate Wendy Robinson,
Makes me wonder HOW (exactly) FWCS is “engaging the parents and the community”, when I see school age kids ON THE STREET most every day in MY part of town….anyone ever hear of the word “TRUANCY”?
Sorry…just don’t see it happening, folks.

Thank you for posting such wonderful information. FWCS is full of idiots.
Just wanted to make you think for a minute:
It took me 10 months for my application to be approved in 2005. I recently submitted an application to another school district. Do you want to know how long it took? 2 Days.
It’s time to get rid of Robinson and her cronies!!!!
Has anyone questioned why is Bloomingdale and Washington Elementary Schools still allowed to operate next year? Both schools have enrollment around 200 students, and could easily be redistricted. By closing two or three schools FWCS could save some serious money!! But like IPS, let us just throw more money on a broke system.
Just for fun…….having met Robinson’s son within the SE Quadrant, I know for fact that he is heavily involved in the gangs.

And Robinson did nothing to help this AD
