With all the construction and road work along 14 I can understand hydrants not operating. It is just unfortunate circumstances.

There would have been no fire if this person could have been smoking in a bar instead of their own home! Seriously though, why do smokers treat the world is their ashtray?

fwconservative, In Anser to your question was it the same building as last year, No It was not the building that burnt last year was a few yards away. I was a resident of the previous fire and lost everything as well, I know how those people feel and they are all in my thoughts and prayers.
