This is legal from an election law standpoint.
What about city sign ordinances?
Does it abide?
I believe the city sign ordinance limits POLITICAL signs to 36 square feet. The Kelty sign is about 400 square feet.
I will defer to Mr Knuth here because I dont know the city ordinance.
Looks like protected political speech to me.

I do not know much about the sign ordinance.
I know that billboards do not have size limits. If a banner is attached to a building is that considered a sign?
