Then there was that one guy back in 1998/1999 in Huntington that was castrating men at their request. Men were coming from all over the country to their testes snipped. Police found pickled body parts in his pantry and fresh body parts in his refrigerator. They even found change purses made from scrotums.
Since the Huntington resident was performing the act upon the willing, the the only illegal act that could be pinned on him was practicing medicine without a license.
